Changing What You Eat Is Easy

Changing what you eat is easy, because of course you don’t have to do everything at once. You can take baby steps.
Change something easy first. Tweak something else that makes you feel better. Find vegetable recipes that you love. Make more soups with homemade broth. Find recipes for fermented vegetables. If you, or your family, don’t like something, you don’t have to eat it. Find more things to try and be willing to experiment.
Slow change towards something worthy is better than rapid change that falls apart. It doesn’t have to be done in a week, or a month, or even a year. The way you eat now didn’t come about in such a short time, it was a gradual accretion of preferences and choices over the course of your whole life.
Don’t be afraid to let improvements take place over a time, instead of forcing them to come right now. Gradual change is kinder, and more gentle, and powerful.
